Did you acheive the blur effect with manual zooming ahile taking the shot or with photoshop?

lovely perspective. the side blur gives the feeling that we are watching her from the viewpoint of her stalker/chaser. the colour gives it a " horror" mood.
(it's free from clichés, as well...no wolves or glowing eyes here. hooray.)
